Veranda or canopy: Which is the best choice for you?
On the façade or completely freestanding When mounting on the house, we use a robust wall profile for a solid connection. Do you have a situation where mounting on the façade is not possible, or do you want a free-standing enclosure at the back of the garden? Then we apply our specially produced Static box profile. The wall profile is attached to this static tube, creating an extremely stable, self-supporting construction that does not need support from a house.
The strength of 14x14 cm uprights and 4.3 mm aluminum The stability of a canopy stands or falls with the mass of the material. Where 11x11 cm is the norm, BEST opts for solid 14x14 cm uprights as standard. With an aluminium thickness of up to 4.3 mm at critical points, our canopies can withstand extreme snow loads and wind force.
